Volunteer licensed physicians and dentists, supported by volunteer nurses, secretaries and support personnel work in cooperation with the Collier County Health Department to provide healthcare to hundreds of patients each year. The clinic serves adults age 50 and over who have limited incomes. Senior Friendship Centers Health Services are Medicare providers and we use a sliding fee scale for the uninsured. Patients' incomes must meet low-income guidelines. A brief telephone call in advance with your current income information is all that is required to confirm your eligibility.

A medical history will be taken and you will be given a complete physical examination. Bring your medications, your insurance cards, and any additional information which will assist the doctors in treating you.
